Horacio Rosatti fue reelegido como presidente de la Corte Suprema por tres años

Carlos Maqueda, que este año dejará el tribunal por decisión del Gobierno, propuso hacer la votación. Lorenzetti se abstuvo de votar. Rosenkantz continuará como vice.

BUENOS AIRES.- Horacio Rosatti fue reelegido como presidente de la Corte Suprema para los próximos tres años, según anticiparon fuentes judiciales. La votación se realizó luego de una propuesta de Juan Carlos Maqueda, quien este año abandonará el máximo tribunal porque cumplirá 75 años y el gobierno nacional ya propuso al constitucionalista José García-Mansilla para que lo reemplace.
